That's the nickname for the Absolute World Towers in Mississauga (southwest of Toronto) in Southern Ontario, Canada.  We were there two years ago (see elsewhere in this gallery).

There's something very similar to these being built in London right now - Baltimore Wharf.

Really like this, the monochrome effect here makes it seem unreal!
